WingsPi — governed AI personal assistant

Questions and answers

What is WingsPi?

WingsPi is a governed AI personal assistant for professionals and enterprises. It reads your mail and calendar, drafts replies, schedules meetings, calls attendees with reminders and takes meeting notes — and it asks before anything leaves your accounts. Every action is logged, and each person's data stays their own.

What does WingsPi do?

WingsPi reads your mail and calendar, drafts replies, finds times and schedules meetings, calls attendees with reminders, and takes meeting notes. It asks you before anything leaves your accounts.

Does WingsPi act without asking?

Only what you allow. Sending an email, moving a meeting or placing a call waits for your yes, unless you have chosen in Settings → Controls to let WingsPi do it on its own.

Which accounts can WingsPi connect to?

Mail and calendar (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365), chat (WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, Slack), Zoom, and work tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello and ServiceNow.

Can other people in my company see my mail or messages in WingsPi?

No. Each person's mail, WhatsApp, calendar, contacts and approvals are their own — not visible to colleagues or admins. Someone else receives your meeting updates only if you name them as your delegate, and you can remove them at any time.

What are reminder calls?

About 10 minutes before a meeting, WingsPi can call attendees to remind them. It always says it is an AI assistant calling for you, and tries at most twice. By default it asks for your approval first.

How does the WingsPi notetaker work?

When it is switched on, the WingsPi Meeting Assistant joins your Google Meet, Zoom or Teams meetings and prepares the minutes afterwards.
